We’ve Reached Our First Anniversary: Thank You!

When WoodlandStories Magazine was born, we had a very clear vision: to tell the stories of Hispanics in The Woodlands, in Houston, and beyond. Stories of men and women who came to this country to start businesses, fight for opportunities, move forward, create companies, generate jobs, and contribute to the economy that today positions us as the fifth largest in the world.

We wanted to reveal the faces and the people behind every business, every project, every act of resilience. Because in our pages, we’ve shared not only stories of success, but also battles with health, moments of crisis, and unexpected turns in life that push us to rethink our path in the United States.

In just one year, we have grown into a multimedia platform:

  • Our video podcast Sin Libreto and our episodes on Spotify.

  • Events designed to strengthen business training.

  • Original content on radio.

And in everything we do, our goal is the same: to highlight the Hispanic community that works with honesty, passion, and joy—carrying within them the spirit of family unity and the pride of our culture.

Today, on our first anniversary, we celebrate with a dream come true: the launch of our book 📖 “Your Story Deserves to Be Told”, a compilation of the voices and stories that defined our magazine throughout these 365 days.

What’s next? Of course, we must adapt to new technologies—because the world keeps changing. But one thing will never change: human connection. Personal contact. Friendships and business built one by one, with a handshake and a hug. That’s who we are as Hispanics.

We also want to thank the Americans who speak Spanish—because by living alongside us, you fall in love with our people, our food, our culture, and our joy.

Thanks to my talented team, to friends, to our partners, and to everyone who has encouraged us to keep moving forward.

To my son, who has witnessed this professional challenge day after day and sacrificed valuable time together so that WoodlandStories Magazine could grow—thank you.

And above all, thanks to God, my rock and my foundation on this journey.

Today we reaffirm one simple truth: our stories deserve to be told.

With gratitude,
